Screw tightening machines

The automatic screw machine is simply a machine that automatically locks screws, and has the function of sending nails and tightening. He only needs to take and place the material manually, and the rest is done automatically by the machine. The machine will automatically send each screw to each hole according to the point you set and then tighten it. Once it’s locked, it goes back to where it started, and someone takes it off and puts it on the assembly line. Some people will say that I manually screw, you can control their own strength to prevent screws from slipping. For this problem, screw manufacturers have long taken preventive measures. When locking the product, we have set its torque through the electric batch. When it is tightened, it will automatically stop the rotation of the electric batch, so as to prevent the occurrence of slip-on teeth. Some people will also say that if I do not remove the product after the lock, he will not repeat the lock payment.

The manufacturer of the automatic screw machine will install a sensor in each fixture, and it will start again only when it senses that you have taken the product away and put a new product into it. With that said, let’s talk about efficiency. It generally takes more than ten seconds for a screw to be removed from the lock (note: this refers to the use of electric batch manual lock). The screw machine can lock the screw in just 2 seconds, which is superior to the manual lock in efficiency. And people will be tired for a long time, and the speed will decrease. But the machine will not, he can run 24 hours a day, as long as there is a product he will lock and pay. Take a previous experience, in a factory that works with our company. They used our company’s automatic screw locking machine, one employee can open two machines, and can complete the locking of more than 4,000 products a day (18 screws per product). If it is to manually lock so many products at the same time, how much manpower must be spent.

Today, when robots are not yet popular and labor costs are increasing, non-standard automation equipment is a good choice for small and medium-sized factories.
